Together, let’s put an end to deteriorating health

A Teaspoon of Happiness: Bed-Time Delight

When we think of our body as a mood generator, what does come to mind?

Often it is a food like chocolate or after a good exercise when endorphins take over, or during and after sex when oxytocin (the love or bonding hormone) is released. Very pleasuable.

Another route to generate happiness is deeply nourishing our body with the exact ingredients it needs every day to repair and rejuvenate - and when the body gets what it truly needs, it is indeed happy.

I call the No 7 Systemic Booster the teaspoon of happiness as a teaspoon at night after dinner or before bedtime allow the hermetic effect of nutrients that remind the body what it needs to do.

Berries and fruits to turn on the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory systems, broccoli and kale to support liver detox process, blueberries to increase brain strength, and cranberry to aid the kidney and bladder, elderberry to boost immunity and pineapple to encourage digestive juices.

With 10 foundational probiotic organisms in their own 'soup' of metabolites - our gut, brain, and immune system are all in sync. Apple extract energizes the production of ATP, and if you recall our AMPK - polyphenols are key for the most important ignitor of energy in the body.

And there are vitamin D and B12 with Folate, our famous Fructo Borate which has multiple functions in the body and is the master mineral, with chromium to help regulate blood sugar, and beet to open up the blood vessels, creating flexibility.

There are so many more functions to each ingredient, the No 7 Systemic Booster is complex and layered with so much goodness. And it relaxes the body at night. When we are well nourished, there is a tendency to relax and breathe easier.

No 7 has a delightful taste. 1 teaspoon, mush in your mouth (very sweet and a little tart at the same time), or in a little glass of water or juice.

Enjoy!

 No 7 Systemic Booster

Yours as always,

Dohrea

My Research: Peace

Globe_Home 3Any peace scholar is very aware of the media's ways of highlighting the negative: wars, rumors of wars, what should happen to end a war, the different faces of war. It is ongoing. Lately, Foreign Affairs, which is where I find myself getting news, albeit more academic ones, but still with the emphasis on the negative, has published an article on The Next Global War - how we have exactly the kind of circumstances that created the last global war. I think you should read it. Hal Brands is the author, he's Henry A. Kissinger Distinguished Professor of Global Affairs at the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. We need to, every so often, listen to academic experts who speak primarily amongst themselves. I have plenty of criticism - he offers no solutions, or a good research that can lead to solutions, my kind of jam, but he's very very good.
