Detox - Detox - Detox: But How?
You will meet in a few days Sinclair Kennally from Detox RejuveNation - an expert practitioner on how to detox, correctly, and with great results.
For Sinclair, it is not about 'going back' to how we used to be before we started feeling bad - it is about charting a whole new course for health and wholeness.
It is indeed exciting.
We had a fantastic chat, and by that I mean that Sinclair taught me (and hence you) how to think systemically about detox, and the route from chronic deterioration that is endless to coming into one's own strength and wholeness.
Yes, we had fun! As some of you know, fun has become a key word for me. For most of us, working on health and wholeness is a lifetime process. I have discovered that when I center upon the joy of life - at work, with friends and doing my research - wholeness takes on a beautiful complex hue. And yes, taking the right supplements, eating clean foods, exercising, meditating, detoxing, and sort of keeping out of trouble, are all necessary!
POPs (or PLOPs) are hard to detox as they accumulate in the fatty tissue of our body. Even organic fowl, meat, eggs, and dairy are filled with these chemicals (
It is difficult to avoid POPs. Greger (2024) findings are "simple": eat more plants. Fiber. And exercise. Of course, the discussion with Sinclair Kennally will shed much light on how actually to go about detoxing!
Stay tuned.
Yours as always,
Dohrea

My Research: Peace and a word on my research institute
This September i will be working on the website for the research institute I established last Feb. We registered with the government as a nonprofit scientific institute - researching peace globally. Stay tuned! |
