High ORAC Synbiotics: Probiotics and Polyphenols,
I have been reading about berries as a therapeutic agent for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
Since chronic kidney disease is associated with uremic toxin production, inflammation, oxidative stress, heart disease, and of course difficult to treat gut dysbiosis - we need a powerful combination of deep nutrients to modulate the gut.
On Tuesday we'll take a look at a 2024 research article by Coutinbo-Wolino et al. meanwhile, we will enjoy the discoveries that let us know the power of blueberries, cranberry, raspberry, and strawberry, to improve gut microbiota for people with chronic kidney disease.
Take a close look at the High ORAC, with berries and probiotics. One capsule a day.
Enjoy!
Yours as always,
Dohrea

My Research: Peace
One of the most touching elements in Kant's writings is his realization that every human being must be equally honored. He attributes this 'awakening' as he called it, to Rousseau's writing. Letting go of judgements, prejudices, and replace it with honor takes work, it is after all, an awakening awareness that needs reinforcement by remembering continually that even that person that irritates us to no end - deserves to be honored. This is the beginning of the Categorical Imperative of 'there shall be no war'. |
