Less Weight (and Bloating) with More Energy? With the Right Nutrients
I was commiserating with a wonderful friend of mine how easily the body accumulates water when it is hot outside, and just when you want to light clothes and look sleek and lithe.
Yes, we are speaking about that uncomfortable feeling of being bloated and lethargic from the heat.
There are two products that are my summer companions and especially when it gets hot.
Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic works within a couple of hours to reduce water accumulation in the body, and get you feeling less bloated and more like yourself. I would suggest starting with 2-4 capsules depending on how much water you would like to let go of. Do it twice a day and then lower the amount to 1-2 once or twice a day. It has been my saving grace
Weight Less is energizing. Yes, it is a smart weight loss formula and at the same time it infuses us with energy. The 7 Keto helps to burn fat and the seaweed extract keeps your blood sugar stable so your energy is not an up and down experience. Take 1-2 capsule in the morning before you eat and if you need a pick up, in the afternoon before you have a snack.
Our tendency is to drink more juice or eat cold and sweeter foods.
Enjoy!

More Research: Peace is a State of Unity
Election time has indeed brought out our nature of being very polarized and not very patient with 'the other party' - the insults, anger, and idealism shut down any and all communications, and all we focus upon is that the other side will bring a total disaster. It is difficult to remember that the "Other" is a human being who is in fact acting exactly as you feel and act, everyone is a mirror for everyone else. So when you feel the heat of polarization bubbles within you, why not breath deeply and say to yourself that life is too important to waste with anger and separation. I would surmise that acting with kindness will bring about a better outcome for everyone than continuing on the same path. |
