Not Convinced Yet to Do a Detox?
I know it takes a firm decision to start a detox program, and making that decision takes some thinking and that takes time.
That certain foods, toxins, and life style habits affect our health is already known by you! So why spend time discussing something that you already know?
My work is comprised of evaluating the latest research - I spend time examining the most recent literature (as we fondly and with some humor call research articles) on my speciality (leadership and peace) and for BioImmersion on foods and how they affect our body - and what can we do to mitigate these effects. It is actually fun!
The reality that foods carry pathogens that are responsible for all sorts of uncomfortable and troubling GI issues is gaining a speedier momentum in the research community. And no matter how clean and organic our food is - vegan, meat oriented, or vegetarian, and the many variations in between - foods lack in nutrients due to our depleted soil, and foods carry pathogens, and are sprayed with carcinogenic chemicals. Together with sedentary life style (i.e., no exercise, too much sitting), and spending very little time in nature to calm our stressed out bodies and minds - no wonder our bodies are overwhelmed.
You do know all this - there is nothing new about it, except that we need to make a decision to counteract it every day, not only periodically, or when things break down in our body.
Hence - the intelligence and elegant protocol we use daily, to nourish deeply and detox beautifully.
Four products that will encompass a gentle, smart detox. You can take it daily or three times a week, it will work as it gains momentum in your body.
Start with Garlic to clean up pathogens, carry out carcinogens, and boost immunity (Deepa & Sivakumar, 2023; Salaam et al., 2024; Farhat et al., 2024). 1-2 capsules a day.
Garlic is a powerful antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic, and it gives a big boost to the immune system.
The Glucosinolates & Sulforaphanes offers a powerful support for your liver, kidneys, and immune system (Angeloni et al., 2009). This power packed supplement of 3 days old concentrated broccoli sprouts are anti carcinogenic effect and inhibit formation of tumors (Cascajosa-Lira et al., 2024). The perfect adjunct to any detox protocol. 2 capsules before bed.
Energy is necessary when because detox gets our body into a cleaning mode, which means it must have an extra oomph to do the myriad of activities and functions.
The No 7 Systemic Booster: The New Longevity. We call it a defiantly powerful booster for a good reason, it has all the intelligence and exact nutrients your body needs. An uncompromisingly healthy drink, it is the formula that embraces all the other supplements in the protocol into a unifying and potent system. 1 teaspoon a day.

This one paragraph in Kant's Enlightenment always makes me think: what is the limits of our abilities to express our opinions publicly? Remember, this was written in 1784! "Nothing is required for this enlightenment, however, except freedom; and the freedom in question is the least harmful of all, namely, the freedom to use reason publicly in all matters. But on all sides I hear: “Do not argue!” The officer says, “Do not argue, drill!” The tax man says, “Do not argue, pay!” The pastor says, “Do not argue, believe!” (Only one ruler in the World says, “Argue as much as you want and about what you want, but obey!”) In this we have examples of pervasive restrictions on freedom. But which restriction hinders enlightenment and which does not, but instead actually advances it? I reply: The public use of one’s reason must always be free, and it alone can bring about enlightenment among mankind; the private use of reason may, however, often be very narrowly restricted, without otherwise hindering the progress of enlightenment." |
