Together, let’s put an end to deteriorating health

Sulforaphane in 2024 Research: What Does It Not Do?

I went deeply into the research on Broccoli Sprouts and Sulforaphane - and realized that just in the last year, so much more information and findings have surfaced.

Take a look at some of these discoveries:

Broccoli Sprouts are rich in glucosinolates and sulforaphane - and the health benefits are growing each year (Li et al., 2024). A quick glance in 2024 research shows powerful anti-microbial activity against pathogens (He et al., 2024), rebuilding the gut microbiome (Bouranis et al., 2024), anti-Alzheimer's activity (Uthaman et al., 2025), Osteoarthritis (davidson et al., 2024), and digestion (Zhu et al., 2024).

And we haven't even touched upon broccoli sprouts amazing work with the liver (Cascajosa-Lira et al., 2024)!

An article on mitochondrial myopathies caught my eyes as this means that sulforaphane  helps neuromuscular disorders that are caused by damaged mitochondria and as we know, that is the energy producing organelle in every cell (Lilley et al., 2024)

How is that possible? So many conditions that one food molecule is handling throughout the body. Take a look at the references and choose an article that catches your eye!
