What is Science Crazy About? Garlic!
One of the ingredients that shows up in research over and over again, and with such great enthusiasm, is Garlic.
Seann used to focus on the powerful anti-microbial properties of garlic, and write about the molecules, mechanism, and results of using garlic for colds, flu, and other infectious diseases. And the research continues.
In fact, within a few months of Covid 19, research was showing garlic's efficacy as a therapeutic agent (Khubber et al., 2020; Rouf et al., 2020).
Garlic, according to a recent review, is a powerful multi-faceted plant. And according to Jan (2024), taking garlic has many advantages:
Garlic is shown in research to have a great effect on cardiovascular diseases, including diabetes mellitus. it has effective preventative and anti-tumor properties.
Garlic also, as we have been teaching for the past 20 years, has excellent anti fungal properties, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and of course it is excellent against colds and flu (Jan, 2024; García-García et al, 2023; Malik et al., 2024).
Notice that these reviews are from 2024 and 2023.
Gallic should be in your first aid kit, in your suitcase when you travel, and available to take daily.
We suggest one of our capsules as it is very potent: one capsule has five cloves of freezer dried material.
Sore throat? open a capsule in a half glass of warm water and gurgle then swallow. Feel a little chilled and tired? take 1-2 capsules of garlic.
