Garlic and No 7 Systemic Booster: The Ultimate Mix for Sore Throat
You feel a cold coming on; a little chill, the beginning of sore throat, and this tiredness that you cannot solve with yet another cup of coffee (or for me, tea).
Now what?
A very simple recipe that we have used for many years and have taught many to use as well:
Garlic and No 7 Systemic Booster: open up a capsule of garlic in half a cup of water, and then mix a teaspoon of No 7 - mix everything together, and let it sit for about half a minute to allow the two enzymes in the garlic to form the allicin (which is the anti-microbial or killing agent of garlic).
Drink very slowly so the garlic and probiotics take care of your throat all the way down.
The Fructo Borate in the No 7 will also act as a 'nip it in the bud' agent with the cold or sore throat, and the B12 will give you extra energy to fight the infection. And you have heard me talk about the power of polyphenols to create harmony and strength.
You can also gargle with the Garlic - open a capsule in half cup of water, mix, let sit for the allicin to form and then gargle. Do this 2-3 times a day until the sore throat is gone.
Yours as always,
Dohrea

My Research: Peace
If it is now asked, “Do we presently live in an enlightened age?” the answer is, “No, but we do live in an age of enlightenment.” As matters now stand, a great deal is still lacking in order for men as a whole to be, or even to put themselves into a position to be able without external guidance to apply understanding confidently to religious issues. But we do have clear indications that the way is now being opened for men to proceed freely in this direction and that the obstacles to general enlightenment–to their release from their self-imposed immaturity–are gradually diminishing. In this regard, this age is the age of enlightenment, the century of Frederick." (Enlightenment, 1784) |
