High ORAC: Balance, Harmony, Health
The High ORAC Synbiotic - as a measured polyphenol product, with 40,000 units of Total ORAC is an important balancing supplement.
Oxidative Stress presents a disharmony in the body between oxidants and antioxidants. When the balance is toward oxidation, aging and disease follow.
We have discussed free radicals for many years, and more so in the past few weeks. Definitive scientific literature, such as Kozłowska et al., 2021, Jiang et al. (2021), and many others emphasize the need to take this aspect of health care seriously. And we sure do.
Most of our supplements have the ability to add potent anti-oxidants to calm down the stress from oxidation in the body. But the High ORAC Synbiotic. is a measured, powerful supplement to help with oxidative stress.
Abstract
Oxidative stress is a status of imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants, resulting in molecular damage and interruption of redox signaling in an organism. Indeed, oxidative stress has been associated with many metabolic disorders due to unhealthy dietary patterns and may be alleviated by properly increasing the intake of antioxidants. Thus, it is quite important to adopt a healthy dietary mode to regulate oxidative stress and maintain cell and tissue homeostasis, preventing inflammation and chronic metabolic diseases. This review focuses on the links between dietary nutrients and health, summarizing the role of oxidative stress in ‘unhealthy’ metabolic pathway activities in individuals and how oxidative stress is further regulated by balanced diets.View Full-Text
Polyphenols with a very high Total ORAC and probiotics: 1 capsule a day. We also suggest the High ORAC for post antibiotic care, precisely because of its antimicrobial potential.
