Build Your Health ~ Grow in Joy
It is very early in the morning, and as I drink my tea (green tea, and yes, with Manuka honey), I go over the different tasks and appointments I need to fulfill today. The mundane things, repeatable actions that I do daily.
Work, exercise, connect with Friends, touch base with you, family, meditate, take time to research the latest of ingredients and health conditions, and continue to think through and create my research on peace and leadership.
So I cherish my early morning routine, which I do change every so often, and at the same time remain dedicate to a few things - like that first cup of tea, where I get to just sit and think. Joy.
Rebuilding our health takes time, and skill, and the right treatments, protocols with the best supplements, commitment to meditation, exercise, growing in our well-being.
It does take patience. If we get too frustrated it only gets worse - balancing our emotional state so we can focus on how we want to be, to become; what we are willing to do to get healthy, and to keep our knowledge aligned with science (and our clinical experience) - all comes together beautifully when we approach the path with open eyes, a clear intent, and yes, joy.
Growing in joy is an inevitable part of rebuilding health, it helps the body feel comfortable even when it is not, and it encourages every cell in our body to function as it should.
It is difficult to nurture happiness in us and develop the attitude that we can indeed be healthy. It feels like putting the cart before the horse, an apt expression. Yet it is what science is telling us is imperative.
Take a look at the references, and maybe pause for a moment or two to read one of the research articles. Knowledge is empowering, and scientific findings help us shift better, healthier beliefs, attitudes, and mood.
I hope you enjoyed our What is Your Intention for 2025 email (12.30.2024) - and if you have not read it - take the 2 minutes to read - It is not about making a list of your goals.
So what is it about? I am smiling when I say, read and enjoy!

My Research: Peace
My research focuses on one part of the theory I built eight years ago: the consciousness of peace. What is it? How do we define consciousness and peace? I will be sharing more about that in the future. Being conscious of what and how we do things is something I've been working on for a while.
