Traveling for the Holidays? Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic
You know how much I enjoy creating protocols for travel.
Let's face it - traveling is difficult on every system in the body, let alone our sanity.
Travel does shift the comfort of our gut, the behavior of our bladder, and the clarity of our brain.
I typically pack all my supplements, and then get caught up in the activities and forget to take most of them. And then I learned what I actually take while I travel.
What are the most essential supplements to pack with you?
We start with the Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic.
We do get bloated when we travel - the food, sitting in a car, waiting in the airport, then there is the airplane ride for hours. Not eating the right foods. It is a recipe for getting fluid retention in the body and hence feeling so bloated.
Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic will help with water retention, will harmonize the community of organism with the probiotics and supernatant and bring back that good feeling of homeostasis back.
Next is our all powerful Garlic - boosting the immune system is important and going after all sorts of organisms can actually save the holiday. Take two capsules as soon as you start feeling "funny" (cold, flu, or even stomach issues after eating that dish you knew you should not...)
And the third and last product is the No 7 Systemic Booster. A teaspoon of the No 7 is filled with powerful elements of the correct nutrients. While we all eat in excess while we travel, the No 7 can indeed bring in the nutrients we need and the nutraceuticals most needed, such as the Fructo Borate for anti-inflammation, Vitamin B12 for energy with folate, vitamin D, and Chromium. And of course we have apple extract for a boost of energy, and ten probiotic organisms with their supernatant.
One teaspoon is all you need!
Enjoy your travels.
Cranberry Pomegranate Synbiotic
Yours as always,
Dohrea

Global Peace: In Theory and in Practice
The big question that is occurring now is how much free speech we have to protest certain things that are happening in our world, and demand justice. The issue that we face is whether these protests, on any side, is filled with hatred and anger, violence, and a demand for justice that divides people rather than bring them together. This is a chance for more conversations, rather than using force, for creating more awareness of what our beliefs are and how they influence the way we understand the world. Peace happens when we become conscious of our divisions: if you have a chance, pick up "I and Thou" - a beautiful booklet by the philosopher Buber. |
