Fructo Borate, Polyphenols & Asthma
Dear Friends
Antioxidant rich diets are associated with reduced asthma prevalence in epidemiological studies.
Guilleminault et al. (2017) researched the impact of diet on asthma risk and asthma control. The key question for clinicians is whether a mediterranean diet, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds could benefit patients with asthma.
The research team found that higher intakes of fruits and vegetables had a positive impact on asthma risk and asthma control. Concurrently, the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) concluded in their literature review that there is much evidence suggesting an increase in the net intake of fruits and vegetables as a way of reducing the risk of asthma, particularly in children where asthma is the number one childhood disease today.
No 7 Systemic Booster supplies a diversity of whole eco-farmed berries, fruits, hardy vegetables, and green leafy vegetables: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tart cherry, elderberry, cranberry, apple extract, pineapple, beet, broccoli florets, kale leaves, spinach leaves. Plus a diversity of Lactobacillus species and key nutraceuticals. Take 1-2 tsp daily.
Fructo Borate Complex is a new form of boron based on the organic mineral structure found in whole foods. Exceptionally bio-available, Fructo Borate is highly effective for joint and bone health. Fructo Borate is also able to reduce systemic levels of hs-CRP (high sensitivity- C-Reactive Protein), a key inflammatory markers for low grade inflammation and for asthma.
An increase in serum C-reactive protein levels measured by high-sensitivity assays may be associated with airflow obstruction and airway inflammation. As CRP levels are reduced, so too is an asthmatic episode. Fructo Borate lowers CRP (Hunter et al., 2019; Takemura et al., 2006). Take 1-2 capsules daily.

Green Facts:
In the International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (ISAAC) of over a million kids, “[a] consistent inverse relationship [meaning protective relationship] was seen between prevalence rates of [asthma, allergies, and eczema] and the intake of [plants,] starch, [grains,] and vegetables. See Dr. Michael Gregor’s video, Treating Asthma with Fruits and Vegetables.”
